O secretariado de partida realiza-se no dia 8 de Agosto das 13h às 18h, no Solar do Vinho do Dão em Viseu, Portugal.
The welcoming secretariat will take place on August 8th, starting at 1 p.m at 6 p.m., in the Solar do Vinho do Dão, in Viseu, Portugal.
A reunião entre a Direção da Organização e todos os membros do Colégio de Comissários realiza-se no local do secretariado às 16h00.
A inscrição dos corredores e staff das equipas deverá ser realizada através dos respetivos formulários enviados pelo Organizador, no prazo regulamentar. As equipas deverão enviar o boletim das 72h onde constam os corredores efetivos e os dois suplentes, bem como todos os elementos do staff.
The registration of the riders and team staff members must be carried out through the respective forms sent by the Organizer, within the regulatory deadline. The Sports Director should send the 72h UCI Form indicating the titular riders and the two substitute riders, as well as all the team staff members.
A confirmação de participantes e a recolha dos dorsais pelos responsáveis das equipas decorre das 14.30h às 15.45h no secretariado.
The confirmation of the participants and the delivery of the bib numbers to the responsible of the teams takes place at the secretariat from 2:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m.
A reunião dos diretores desportivos, organizada de acordo com o artigo 1.2.087 do regulamento UCI, na presença dos membros do Colégio de Comissários, realiza-se às 16h no local do secretariado.
The meeting of the Sporting Directors, organized in accordance with Articles 1.2,087 and 2,093 of the UCI Regulation, in the presence of the members of the Commissaires’ Panel, takes place at 4 p.m., at the same location as the secretariat.
A reunião terá a participação dos seguintes elementos: um Diretor Desportivo por equipa; o Presidente do Colégio de Comissários; o Diretor da Organização; o Médico Coordenador da prova; o Comandante das Forças de Segurança da prova.
This meeting will have the participation of the following elements: one access link for Sport Directors per team; the President of the Commissaires Panel; the Director of the Organization; the Coordinator Doctor; the Chief of the Security Forces.
A credenciação de todos os elementos será efetuada online pelo organizador da prova.
The accreditation of all elements will be made online by the organizer of the race.
Não existirá secretariado à chegada das etapas para distribuição de comunicados nem credenciação, apenas salas de trabalho para organização e comunicação social.
There will be no race heahquarters upon arrival of the stages for distribution of communications or accreditation, only work rooms for organization and media.
